By integrating customer insights and market trends, this position shapes compelling narratives and elevates brand positioning while maintaining operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.

The team leads innovative design efforts focused on toddler, infant, and newborn apparel, combining expertise in visual communication, trend forecasting, and product development. They drive the creation of high-quality, market-aligned collections by integrating customer insights, advanced design tools, and strategic storytelling. Collaborating cross-functionally, the team ensures cohesive brand expression and operational excellence throughout the design process.
