Are you an experienced Diesel Mechanic looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that values your skills? We're seeking a motivated and dependable technician to join our team in Grants Pass, OR, maintaining and repairing a fleet of heavy-duty trucks.

If you enjoy diagnosing complex mechanical issues, working with modern diagnostic equipment, and taking pride in quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Diesel Mechanic, you'll play a vital role in keeping our fleet operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, and scheduled services.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine performance issues using advanced diagnostic software and tools.
  • Repair and replace components such as engines, fuel systems, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems.
  • Perform DOT inspections and comprehensive vehicle safety inspections.
  • Test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians to complete repairs efficiently.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic working on heavy-duty trucks.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment and software.
  • Solid knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and drive-train components.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's license required (CDL is an asset but not required).
