Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) – Full Time


Location: Olympia
Address: 215 W Railroad Ave, Shelton, WA 98584

  • Full-time Family Medicine Physician opening replacing a retiring provider

  • Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s

  • Gradual ramp-up with strong onboarding support

  • Expected volume: up to 18 patients/day within 6 months

  • Collaborative, mission-driven outpatient primary care setting

Compensation & Benefits
  • $235,000 – $265,000 salary DOE

  • Relocation assistance available

  • PSLF & HRSA eligible

  • Medical, dental, vision insurance

  • 128 PTO hours first year + 8 paid holidays

Requirements
  • MD or DO
