RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Address the customer's primary concern
  • Properly document the cause and the correction in our DMS
  • Perform a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record all results
  • Ability to communicate with the Service Advisors and Parts Advisors
  • Complete all your Factory Web Training in a timely manner and stay current with all training
  • Understand all Factory Warranties and Policy and Procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Factory Training preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated to be a productive technician
  • Communication skills, patience, creativity, eye for detail
  • General mechanical skills
  • Brand specific training/certification preferred but not required.
  • Safety and Emissions certification preferred but not required
  • Basic computer skills
