Job Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble fiberglass ducts according to specifications.
  • Perform sanding, bonding, painting and finishing tasks to ensure product quality.
  • Safely handle and apply chemicals used in the manufacturing process.
  • Accurately measure materials using a measuring tape and other tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist with general labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the USA for any employer without sponsorship.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in Construction is necessary.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, fiberglass work, or similar environment is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately.
  • Comfortable working with chemicals and wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
