USPI Capital City Surgery Center of Florida located in Tallahassee, Florida, is an advanced technology Endoscopy Suite specializing in the examination of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract. Procedures are done in a comfortable outpatient setting, designed with high quality of care, safety and patient privacy and convenience in mind.

USPI Capital City Surgery Center of Florida , is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our team. USPI Capital City Surgery Center of Florida , is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. 

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 1-3 years' previous experience preferred
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
  • Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
