Registered Nurse
​Santa Fe Surgery Center, a US Eye Company, provides best-in-class technologies, amenities, and comfort. Centrally located to serve The Villages, Lady Lake, and the surrounding areas, our ultra-modern 7,000 sq ft center offers a spacious waiting area and two surgical suites equipped for procedures requiring general anesthesia, as well as an array of outpatient surgeries. We offer mini and full-size C-Arm mobile imaging units for advanced computer-assisted fluoroscopic imaging for superior guidance before and during surgical and orthopedic procedures. Our prep/recovery rooms provide privacy and relaxation pre- and post-procedure.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Santa Fe Surgery Center in Lady Lake, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a surgical setting. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
  • Assisting with surgical procedures as needed
  • Educating patients and their families on post-operative care
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care
Education and Experience
  • Valid RN license in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a surgical setting
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Circulating experience, a plus
