As a Resident Assistant II, you'll be at the heart of our community. This broad-scoped caregiver position is all about providing compassionate, hands-on support for our residents. You'll assist with daily living activities (like dressing, grooming, and bathing), help with medications, and sometimes even step in as a shift lead. You'll be part of a team that keeps our residents safe, happy, and feeling right at home. What You'll Do: Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs) Make observations, record changes, and communicate resident needs with the team Support new team members with orientation and training Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and co-workers Pitch in with light housekeeping or laundry tasks as needed What We're Looking For: Previous caregiving experience preferred A caring, positive, and professional attitude, especially when supporting aging adults or those with dementia Active CNA is a plus!
