Job description

Epic Clinical Analyst - Ambulatory - Ambulatory
Epic Build
The Epic Clinical Analyst - Ambulatory will:
  • Build, configure, test, and maintain Epic clinical applications (e.g., Ambulatory, Inpatient, ClinDoc, Orders, Willow, ASAP, etc., based on assigned module)
  • Support clinical workflows including documentation, order entry, medication management, care planning, and clinical decision support.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with physicians, nursing, ancillary departments, quality, safety, and operations teams to translate clinical and operational needs into Epic configuration and technical build.
  • Facilitate workflow design sessions and serve as a subject matter expert for Epic clinical functionality.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field, RN preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or clinical operations supporting Epic
  • Experience with application support, troubleshooting, testing, and change management
  • Understanding of clinical workflows in assigned clinical module(s)
  • Clinical and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions
  • Strong collaboration and customer-service mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality, and clinician experience
  • Epic certification required

Salary Range: 100,000.00 - 141,066.00 USD
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
