Job Description

Title: EPIC OpTime Build Support

Industry: Healthcare

Location: Silver Spring, MD (Remote Possible)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate Range: Depends on Experience (W-2 all inclusive rate)


Essential Functions:

Providing Production Support for Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules

Performing development, design, build, and validation of changes in the system.

Translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Managing work via Remedy Work orders.

Required Experience:

EPIC OpTime Certification

Ability to perform system configuration (build)

Ability to troubleshoot issues/problems within the system.

Ability to work with our testing team, physicians, and end users to understand what is needed.

Preferred Experience:

Certifications with other EPIC modules (Ambulatory, Anesthesia, etc.)

Bachelors Degree

Good communication skills

Ability to work with ambiguity

Multi-tasking skills

Skills to be successful in this role:

Good interpersonal Skills and solid experience supporting OpTime and Anesthesia
