• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to continuously monitor and adjust individualized treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using an efficient counselor portal designed for streamlined note-taking and reporting.

• Engage in ongoing support and guidance from the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical practice and address complex cases.

Your primary focus will be on adults facing a variety of emotional disorders, providing therapeutic support through a culturally responsive and compassionate approach. • A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid counseling license in the state of Oregon (LPC).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience in a relevant setting.

• Strong understanding of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and evidence-based practices.

• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling practices.

• Certification or training in additional therapeutic modalities (e.g., CAMS) is a plus.
