Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a passionate Associate Clinical Supervisor to join our Center-Based ABA team. Designed for emerging clinicians pursuing BCBA certification, this mid-level role offers robust supervision, hands-on experience, and meaningful mentorship as you build your skills and hours toward independent practice.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy to children in the center-based setting
  • Conduct parent/caregiver education and assist in functional behavior assessments (under BCBA guidance)
  • Design individualized ABA programs using evidence-based practices, including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, complete session documentation, and assist with case management
  • Provide clinical support and model best practices for entry-level Behavior Technicians
  • Participate in individual and group supervision with a designated BCBA to accrue required hours toward certification
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment fidelity and goal alignment across clients
  • Attend training sessions, team meetings, and mentorship opportunities to support your ongoing growth

Who You Are

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing
  • Experience delivering ABA services with children diagnosed with autism or developmental disorders
  • Previous experience as a Lead RBT or with mentoring newer technicians is preferred
  • Passionate about clinical growth and building foundational supervision skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; team-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual Portuguese or Spanish speakers are a plus
