Project Coordinator/Manager - Consumer Products (Temp-to-Hire)
Milwaukee, WI Area

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a stable, growth-oriented company in a recession-resistant industry to identify a Project Manager for their Consumer Products team.
This is a temp-to-hire role with conversion in ~30 days .
What You'll Do
  • Manage customer projects through stage-gate and commercialization processes
  • Coordinate across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales
  • Own project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
  • Lead meetings, plant trials, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support packaging development, specifications, and approvals
  • Drive projects from concept through pre-commercialization
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and keep projects moving
