Our team passionately fights to save our clients from the abuse of greedy insurance companies. Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Managing a caseload of files with multiple and often short deadlines at the administrative and court level.
  • Coordinating attorney appointments for assigned cases.
  • Reviewing case mail daily, updating the case management system with deadlines, and keeping the attorneys informed.
  • Developing medical evidence in a case for the attorneys to review.
  • Filing administrative appeals and court filings timely.
  • Communicating, following up, and following through with attorneys, clients, and any party associated with a case.
  • Being a relationship manager for assigned clients and providing them with top-notch customer service.
