Are you a reliable and organized professional who enjoys helping operations run smoothly and supporting students in a professional environment?

At 160 Driving Academy, we are hiring Campus Coordinators to support daily branch operations, maintain a clean and organized campus environment, and assist students and visitors at the branch level.

With 90+ locations across 32 states, 160 Driving Academy helps thousands of students each year begin careers in trucking. The Campus Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring the branch is prepared, operational, and ready for students each day. 

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the branch each day. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment for students and visitors. 
  • Ensure classroom laptops, technology, and remote-learning systems are functioning properly before classes begin. 
  • Support classroom operations so instructors and students can focus on learning. 
  • Greet walk-in students and visitors and answer basic questions. 
  • Connect prospective students with the Admissions Advisor team when needed. 
  • Complete administrative and clerical tasks assigned by corporate leadership. 
  • Assist with compliance paperwork, reporting, and recordkeeping. 
  • Test phone systems, website links, and student-facing processes when requested. 
  • Track tasks, updates, and branch issues accurately and on time. 
  • Escalate equipment, facility, or operational concerns to the appropriate department. 
  • Support a professional and welcoming campus environment. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, front-desk, office coordination, or administrative roles. 
  • Experience opening and closing a business location. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outlook, and standard office systems. 
  • Experience with clerical, operational, or compliance-related work. 
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is helpful but not required.
