  • Develop and expand relationships with municipalities, local agencies, and public/private sector clientsย 
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunitiesย 
  • Lead proposal development, presentations, and client meetingsย 
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of municipal workย 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and position the firm for long-term partnershipsย 
Project Management & Delivery
  • Manage the planning, design, and execution of engineering projectsย 
  • Oversee scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful deliveryย 
  • Coordinate internal teams across disciplinesย 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleย 
  • Ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirementsย 
Leadership & Strategy
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staffย 
  • Support strategic growth initiatives in the municipal marketย 
  • Contribute to revenue growth through project delivery and new client acquisitionย 
  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal infrastructure
  • Background working with a consulting firm or municipalityย 
  • Proven experience in business development, client management, or winning workย 
  • Strong understanding of municipal systems (water, wastewater, stormwater, roadways)ย 
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain)ย 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsย 
  • Ability to operate independently and drive growth
