Job description

Tech Talent International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US and Europe.

We currently have acontract role as a Senior Network Security Engineer with our large consulting client on a long term project with a major financial services client in the downtown Montreal area.

Role: Senior Network Security Engineer

Type: Fulltime, Perm

Location: Downtown Montreal, QC - Hybrid (roles starts off 5 days in office for 1st 3 months, then turns into hybrid setup 3 days onsite, 2 days from home)

Salary: $90,000 - $95, 000 + bonus + 3 -5 weeks paid vacation (based on seniority) + RRSP contribution + benefits + sick/personal days + additional perks such as health spending, phone, public transport discounts and more

Responsibilities

  • Operate and support network security infrastructure, including firewalls, web proxies, VPN gateways, and load balancers
  • Lead and deliver network security projects
  • Provide on‑call support

Profile

Requirements

  • CCNP or CCIE (Security or Enterprise)
  • Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point certifications
  • CISSP or equivalent security certification
  • Languages: English and French (nice to have)
