We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT Applications team. This role will serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert across endpoint management, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and scaling modern technology solutions-including SaaS platforms and emerging AI tools-while supporting enterprise adoption and user enablement. This individual will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration, deployment, and management of Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security
  • Administer and optimize Azure services including identity management, endpoint integration, and application support
  • Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing management of enterprise SaaS platforms and internal tools
  • Partner with IT, Security, and business teams to implement and scale AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude) and support responsible usage across the organization
  • Drive end-user adoption and change management for new technologies, including training, documentation, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications, endpoints, and cloud services
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of supported applications and services
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems architecture, processes, and procedures
  • Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments
  • Mentor junior administrators and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
  • Be onsite at our Philadelphia office 3 days per week
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT applications support in enterprise environments
  • Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure administration
  • Experience deploying and managing SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or end-user technologies at scale
  • Experience supporting rollout and adoption of new technologies (e.g., SaaS tools, internal platforms, or AI applications)
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and endpoint management practices
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, MD-101)
  • Experience with AI tools or platforms and supporting enterprise adoption (e.g., copilots, LLM-based tools such as Claude)
  • Experience driving technology rollouts or digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools

  • This role will be hybrid at our Philadelphia office 3 days per week.
