• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based physical therapy interventions, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities, to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, at-home exercises, and long-term wellness strategies to promote self-management and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient encounters, progress, and outcomes in adherence to clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and case discussions.

Our facility serves a broad demographic of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with diverse cases, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to non-surgical treatment of conditions such as arthritis and sports injuries. Your role will be pivotal in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journeys and helping them regain strength and mobility.

• A valid Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or a Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program is required.

• While a minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, we welcome recent graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge and skills in a practical setting.
• Demonstrable knowledge of therapeutic modalities, rehabilitation protocols, and patient assessment methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to foster effective collaboration and build relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems would be advantageous.
