As a key member of our team, the Centralized Corporate Admissions Director will play a pivotal role in driving our admissions strategy and ensuring seamless transitions for our facilities and residents.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive admissions strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenue growth

  • Collaborate with facility leadership to understand local market trends and adapt admissions policies accordingly

  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of admissions processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in admissions best practices, providing guidance and training to facility staff

  • Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including facility administrators, marketing teams, and executive leadership
