We are seeking a skilled Electric Motor Mechanic to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric motors and related equipment across various residential and commercial applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with experience in electric motor repair, equipment repair, and maintenance. The Electric Motor Mechanic will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of machinery, supporting customer service excellence, and maintaining safety standards.

Duties

  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in electric motors and related equipment using schematics and diagnostic tools
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on electric motors, including rewinding, soldering, welding, and replacement of faulty components
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized machinery to execute repairs efficiently
  • Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex electrical systems
  • Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and adhere to industry regulations
  • Maintain detailed records of service work performed and parts used
  • Support customer service efforts by providing technical advice and ensuring timely completion of repairs

Experience

  • Proven mechanic experience with a focus on electric motors
