Royal Caribbean Group's Commercial Planning Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time E-Commerce Senior Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics.
This position will be working onsite from Miami.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Analyst eCommerce Analytics & Reporting to join our Central Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing eCommerce data, generating insightful reports, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance our online sales performance
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Strategy & Leadership:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret eCommerce data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven insights to optimize the online shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with their Manager and other stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Analyze website traffic, conversion metrics, leads and sales data.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns, user experience, and sales funnels.

Reporting & Dashboards:
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, UX, and Merchandising teams to align analytics with business goals.
  • Support A/B testing, personalization, and other initiatives with data-driven insights.

Tools & Technologies:
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and other relevant platforms.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in eCommerce analytics.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in web/eCommerce analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, and BI/data visualization software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL and digital marketing strategies.
