You will work onsite in our well-equipped rehabilitation center, a hub of innovation and compassion dedicated to patient recovery. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Implement treatment programs encompassing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and educational interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and function.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation, ensuring accurate tracking of patient progress and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for each patient.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, educating them about the rehabilitation process and expected outcomes while addressing any concerns they may have.
• Maintain meticulous adherence to safety and sanitation protocols, fostering a secure environment for both staff and patients.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Actively engage in community health matters and projects that promote wellness and rehabilitation advocacy.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, particularly spinal procedures. • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist is mandatory; candidates must maintain this license in good standing throughout their employment.
• Current CPR certification is required and must be obtained prior to or during orientation.

Experience in outpatient orthopedics, particularly with patients recovering from spine surgeries, is essential. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods and proficiency in using EHR systems will be advantageous. Candidates who have engaged in continuous professional development or specialized training in orthopedic rehabilitation will be preferred.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, reflecting our commitment to attract top talent in the field.
