Your responsibilities: Provide necessary assistance with residents' bathing and hygiene care. Ensuring the safety, comfort and respect for the dignity of residents Prepare the equipment and check the safety of the environment (temperature, materials, etc.) Assisting with dressing and undressing Observe the general condition of the skin and report any abnormalities Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure rigorous monitoring of the care plan Maintain the cleanliness and disinfection of equipment and bathrooms Your profile: Excellent interpersonal skills, gentleness and respect towards elderly people Team spirit and sense of responsibility Passion for the well-being and comfort of residents Good physical condition and ability to mobilize residents CPR and PDSB Why join our team?
