This position is ideal for individuals capable of preparing, repairing, and painting drywall surfaces across various project scales. Please note that this is a full-time, on-site position based at our main facilities located at 2040 Longwood Ave, Grove City, Ohio, ensuring hands-on involvement and on-ground execution of projects.

The role involves direct contributions to our ongoing and upcoming projects, needing meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic. As part of our team, you will be tasked with maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, aligning with Martin Paintingโ€™s commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Surface preparation, including sanding, patching, cleaning, and masking to ensure readiness for painting.
  • Apply primer and paint to drywall surfaces efficiently, ensuring consistent coverage and quality.
  • Utilize various application tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve professional finishes.
  • Adhere strictly to all on-site safety procedures and jobsite standards to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Engage in projects within both commercial and industrial sectors, contributing to a broad range of assignments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial or industrial painting preferred, with a demonstrated history of handling similar responsibilities.
