COMMERCIAL DRYWALL ESTIMATOR
Location: Seattle, WA
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site
 
COMPANY INTRODUCTION:
Our client, an established commercial drywall contractor in Seattle, is seeking an Estimator to join their successful estimating team, working alongside two experienced Senior Estimators.
 
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role offers an opportunity to join a collaborative estimating team, focusing on both large and small commercial projects while leveraging established market connections.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Commercial drywall estimating experience
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid
• Local market knowledge and established connections
• Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare detailed estimates for various project sizes
• Work collaboratively with senior estimating team
• Perform material and labor takeoffs
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Support business development efforts
• Analyze project specifications and drawings
• Prepare bid proposals and presentations
• Participate in scope review meetings
 
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
• Expertise in reading construction documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
