Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator

Verdes Cannabis | Albuquerque, NM
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour DOE | Full-Time | In Person

Verdes Cannabis is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator to manage online product information, promotions, digital assets and scheduled social content across six dispensary locations.

This is an execution-focused position for someone who already has experience working with ecommerce platforms, website content, social media scheduling or digital marketing operations. It is not primarily a content creator or brand strategy role. Success requires accuracy, organization and the ability to independently manage recurring deadlines.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, promotions and banners in Dutchie across six dispensary locations
  • Review online menus regularly and correct inaccurate, outdated or inconsistent information
  • Upload, resize and organize digital assets using Canva
  • Schedule approved content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Business
  • Monitor scheduled posts and troubleshoot publishing issues
  • Compile weekly reports using social media and ecommerce performance data
  • Coordinate assets, timelines and platform updates for product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Communicate with retail and marketing teams to ensure promotions and product information are accurate
  • Deliver marketing materials to dispensary locations as needed
What We're Looking For
  • At least one year of hands-on experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, website management or social media coordination
  • Experience updating online product listings, website content, pricing or promotions
  • Experience using Canva or similar design software to resize and prepare digital assets
  • Experience scheduling content through Meta Business Suite or another social media management platform
  • Ability to review basic performance data and prepare clear, accurate reports
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors before information is published
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recurring tasks, deadlines and multiple locations or accounts independently
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Strong written communication and follow-through
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local deliveries
Preferred Experience
  • Dutchie or another cannabis ecommerce platform
  • Shopify, WordPress or another ecommerce or content management system
  • Cannabis, retail or consumer packaged goods
  • Google Business Profile
  • Multi-location retail marketing
  • Product catalog or inventory management
