Job Profile Summary
The Associate Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Search supports the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns that drive traffic and revenue across ecommerce and retail channels. This role partners closely with the Sr. Manager, Paid Search, agency & technology partners, and cross-functional teams to manage campaign performance, maintain budgets, and ensure alignment with broader marketing and business objectives within one of the company's largest marketing channels.
This position requires strong analytical skills to evaluate performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and results. The role supports testing initiatives, contributes to product feed and data quality improvements, and helps ensure campaigns are effectively optimized across the customer journey. Success in this role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams to execute against shared goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager, Paid search, and agency partners to help manage projects, facilitate requests, pull & analyze data, troubleshoot product feeds, and maintain complex budgets.

  • Partner on product feed optimization and data quality initiatives to improve visibility, relevance, and performance across shopping campaigns.

  • Help define and execute strategy using a test and learn methodology by analyzing campaign performance and continuously optimizing for success.

  • Act as a liaison between digital marketing team and product marketing, brand marketing, ecommerce, agency partners, and other cross-functional teams

  • Track, report, and analyze results across the entire customer buyer's journey: awareness, consideration, purchase, and loyalty.

  • Analyze performance data to derive insights on messaging effectiveness and translate findings into actionable recommendations for copy and creative optimization.

  • Partner with internal and external teams to understand how AI-driven search experiences are reshaping the customer journey and translate those insights into actionable paid search and content strategies.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing or other related field, preferably in a fast-paced enterprise retail environment

  • Background in other data intensive fields such as merchandising, analytics, BI will be highly considered.

  • Previous paid search or organic search (SEO) experience in an agency or enterprise environment is preferred, but not required.

  • Exceptional communications skills in writing and speaking. Previous experience crafting presentations and telling stories through data is a must.

  • Innate desire to learn new skills and independent curiosity to research ideas, platform functionality, opportunities, new tools/tech, and staying on top of the latest industry news is a must

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, SA360, and BI tools to derive actionable insights.

  • Previous experience using Google Ads & Microsoft advertising or similar solutions.
