About Us:

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Operations Associate & Driver to join our team and take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (must be forklift certified).
  • Load and unload trucks; lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Manage inventory using a barcode scanning system, ensuring proper stock rotation and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Print packing slips, prepare orders for shipment, and process receiving documents.
  • Use computer systems, including Outlook for email communication and basic inventory software.
  • Make regional deliveries in company box truck when needed (valid driver’s license with medical card required).
  • Schedule and oversee inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, customers, and vendors.
  • Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained and safe to operate.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse management or strong warehouse leadership experience required.
  • Forklift certification (required).
  • OSHA certification (preferred, not required).
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record and valid DOT medical card.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials or construction products preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with barcoding and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
