Job description

We're looking for an experienced, friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. This role will include data entry, schedule balancing, accounts receivable and payable, and assists in quality control for our document retention program.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile daily transactions to funds collected, collaborating with other depts to ensure charges are correct and authorized
  • Balance and maintain accounting schedules
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable statuses, issuing monthly statements and processing payments
  • Complete accounting entries in the system and assist with other clerical tasks
  • Auditing electronic documents for accuracy to meet our retention parameters

Requirements:
  • Critical thinking skills to investigate accounting tracking
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Advanced computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in automotive accounting (especially utilizing Reynolds & Reynolds) is preferred.
