Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrative Clerk to work full-time in Mississauga, ON. A background in warehousing, WMS experience, and inventory control experience are required for this job. Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday Pay: $20.00/hour Responsibilities: - Manage inventory (receiving, issuing, dispatching stock, ensure no duplicate orders) - Prepare outgoing orders (printing orders, shipping labels, BOL, paperwork) - File inbound paperwork and check documents to ensure orders are received correctly - Maintain/file paperwork for all shipments - Handle communication between company and customers via email - Investigate customer inquiries - Communicate with carriers to track/monitor shipments and resolve discrepancies - Work with other staff to ensure orders are correct and accurate and that product identity is maintained at all times - Assist in coordinating daily warehouse functions - Data entry - Use WMS for order management/processing - Using RF scanner - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a warehouse environment - Experience with WMS - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Able to maintain filing systems and databases - Strong customer service skills - Strong organizational/time management skills - High attention to detail - Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills (written verbal) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to work Monday to Friday on the day shift Apply today!
