Job Summary
The Business Analyst will leverage SQL, Tableau, and Python to perform data-rich analyses, develop complex models, and support business decision-making across large, multi-regional organizations. The role involves translating business needs into technical requirements, leading software and system implementations, and communicating analytical outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on data analysis and modeling using SQL, Tableau, and Python.
  • Define technical requirements and lead software/system implementations across multiple regions.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable insights and technical solutions.
  • Communicate analytical outcomes, technical challenges, and recommendations clearly to business and technical teams.
  • Lead impactful programs independently under concurrent deadlines.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Apply knowledge of supply chain models and heuristics to solve complex analytical problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a bridge between business owners and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, and Python in data-rich environments.
  • Experience with relational databases and advanced SQL queries.
  • Ability to lead and manage programs under tight deadlines.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Experience defining technical requirements and leading system implementations across large organizations.
  • Knowledge of supply chain models and heuristics for quantitative problem-solving.

Desirable Skills
