Job description

We believe talent deserves a human touch. Your application will be read by an actual person who's excited to discover the real you.

At Kinetix, a New Charter Company, we are seeking a Security Success Analyst in the US (in other companies this person could hold the title of Cybersecurity Success Analyst, Security Services Analyst, Client Security Analyst) to support and expand client cybersecurity services through relationship management, technical execution, and strategic security guidance.

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates in the US.

In this role, you will partner with clients, the Security & Compliance Lead, Cyber74, and internal Kinetix teams to coordinate cybersecurity services using ConnectWise boards, vulnerability management processes, security and compliance documentation, and Windows, macOS, cloud, and networking environments. You will lead recurring strategy sessions, manage service deliverables, support incident response and remediation, and keep stakeholders aligned on security outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will combine strong client communication with practical cybersecurity and compliance expertise. We understand that great candidates may not meet every requirement listed. If you meet around 70% of the qualifications and are excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.

General job duties include:

Partner with the Security & Compliance Lead to support Cybersecurity Services clients across all service tiers.

Lead recurring client security strategy sessions and manage deliverables including bi-annual strategy sessions, security training, and vulnerability identification efforts.

Support policy development, remediation planning, security awareness initiatives, and coordinated guidance between Cyber74, Kinetix, and clients.

Oversee Cybersecurity Services delivery by managing the Security ConnectWise board and tracking deliverables, progress, and issues.

Execute and coordinate ransomware detection and response activities, vulnerability assessments and remediation, security policy and compliance documentation, business continuity and disaster recovery guidance, and support for compliance tools and audit frameworks.

Maintain accurate documentation of client security systems and configurations.

Collaborate with Projects, Onboarding, Client Success, and Responsive Support teams on security-related escalations, incidents, and client-specific concerns.

Participate in incident response and cybersecurity awareness initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.

Manage delivery metrics, OKRs, and ARIS reporting, communicate status to stakeholders, and identify opportunities to expand client engagement with Cybersecurity Services.

Required Experience:

3-5+ years of IT experience, preferably in a client-facing or service delivery capacity.

2+ years of cybersecurity and compliance experience.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance best practices.

Experience with vulnerability management, policy implementation, and security awareness training.

Proficiency managing Windows, macOS, cloud, and networking environments.

Preferred Experience:

Industry certifications such as Security+, A+, or Network+.

Demonstrated success managing client relationships and driving service excellence.

Strong organizational and process-management skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Collaborative, service-driven approach with strong attention to detail and quality.

Compensation:

The compensation is expected to start at $80,000. Our offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
