Help students find their voice and reach their potential! Join Cross Country Education as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ellicott City, MD, and help K-12 students build the communication skills they need to thrive academically and beyond.
Position Overview
  • Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students with diverse communication needs.
  • Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs and develop individualized treatment goals and intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school support teams to promote students' communication skills and academic success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and support IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
    • Both experienced SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply
  • School-based or pediatric experience serving K-12 students preferred
