About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Architect/Designer to join a growing design-build team focused on high-end residential and light commercial projects. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects from initial concept through design development while collaborating closely with clients, construction professionals, and internal stakeholders to create innovative, functional, and visually compelling spaces.
The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural expertise with project management skills and a client-focused approach. This individual will play a critical role in transforming client visions into thoughtfully designed environments while ensuring projects align with budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural concepts, designs, and construction documents for residential and light commercial projects.
  • Lead projects through the design phase, from initial client consultation to final design approval.
  • Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Guide clients through material, finish, and interior design selections to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
  • Manage multiple active projects while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and industry standards.
  • Utilize architectural design technology and drafting software to optimize project workflows.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination efforts throughout the design process.
  • Participate in client presentations and design review meetings.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
