Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually

Travel: Up to 50% (Colorado and Texas)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and relationship-focused Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This hybrid position serves as the primary marketing liaison between our corporate office and our individual practice locations throughout Colorado. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams, managing multiple projects, and supporting local marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and drive community engagement.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and works closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team to execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple locations.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison between the corporate marketing team and assigned practice locations.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects from planning through execution.
  • Update, maintain, and distribute branded marketing materials for individual locations.
  • Design and edit marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
  • Coordinate marketing support for special events, grand openings, community partnerships, and other local initiatives.
  • Communicate with external vendors to coordinate printing, promotional items, signage, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify marketing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain organized project timelines while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Travel regularly between practice locations throughout the Front Range to support marketing initiatives and build strong working relationships.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, project management, or a related role.
  • Must reside in the Denver Metro, Colorado Springs, or Front Range metropolitan area.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between practice locations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred

  • Experience with digital marketing and campaign coordination.
  • Experience managing vendors and external marketing partners.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative design software.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations, departments, or business units.
