We are seeking enthusiastic carpet care apprentices to join our team!
As one of our carpet care apprentices, you will learn all aspects of the trade including carpet cleaning, restoration, repair, and water extraction.

What Skills You'll Learn:
  • Carpet cleaning, restorations, repairs, and water extractions, as well as cleaning other surfaces (rugs, upholstery, tile, grout, etc.)
  • Executing pre-cleaning inspections with keen attention to detail
  • Responding to flooding emergencies swiftly and steadily
  • Upholding and complying with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
  • Fostering and building lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
  • Documenting all quotes, invoices, and work performed with in-depth precision
  • Communicating professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions

What You'll Need:
  • A passion to start a career in carpet care!
  • Skilled at creative problem-solving and critical analysis
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new cleaning knowledge
  • Friendly demeanor with a positive go-getter personality
  • Self-starter mentality with great time management skills

  • Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday with a mandatory weekend and overnight on-call rotation
  • Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
  • Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including from heights and within tight spaces
  • At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
  • Capability to pass background check and drug screening
