Job description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL area
Do you love driving sales, not just campaign metrics? Come to MASA where you will build out marketing for our Supplemental Insurance Solutions line, overseeing the full funnel from lead to sale. This is a hands-on role for someone who has personally driven that process end-to-end and stays focused on the bottom line.
About Us
MASA has been a leader in emergency medical transportation insurance since 1974. We're not just a company-we're a close-knit team dedicated to "Protecting families with compassion when others don't." Our professional yet friendly company culture fosters collaboration, innovation, and a clear mission that resonates through every role as we support our expanding base of 2+ million members across the United States and the Caribbean. Learn more at https://www.masaaccess.com
MASA is evolving into a multi-product organization, expanding beyond its core offerings to include supplemental insurance solutions such as final expense. You'll be at the forefront of these growth initiatives, supporting how new products are brought to market and scaled across distribution channels.
What You Will Do
Reporting to our Sr. Director, Supplemental Insurance Solutions & Channels, you will:
  • Oversee the full funnel for our supplemental insurance product line-from initial touchpoint through lead, nurture, sales handoff, and conversion-and take responsibility for outcomes at every stage, not just lead volume.
  • Build engagement assets including landing pages, guides, etc.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital, direct mail, seminar/event marketing, and partner programs, staying close to the work at every stage.
  • Track performance at each pipeline stage (response rate, CPL, lead quality, show/appointment rate, conversion rate, cost per sale, and ROAS) and use downstream sales results to continuously refine upstream marketing decisions.
  • Manage lead intake, qualification, and routing processes to sharpen alignment between marketing and sales.
  • Coordinate product launches, pilot programs, and rollouts, partnering with Compliance and Sales Operations to keep execution sharp and on-brand.
  • Maintain clean, accurate campaign tracking and reporting in CRM systems.

What You Bring
  • A well-rounded marketing communications background: you've personally worked across messaging and content, campaign execution, both digital and offline channels, creative coordination, and customer communications, rather than specializing narrowly in one lane like social, lifecycle, or paid media. Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated sales environment is a strong plus.
  • Three to five years in marketing with real fluency in how a lead moves through a funnel to become revenue-and a track record of using that visibility to improve results.
  • Comfort being hands-on and independent: you've built and run your own campaigns, not just briefed a team or agency to do it for you.
  • The judgment to know when to loop in Sales, Compliance, Analytics, or MASA's broader Marketing team, and when to move forward on your own.
  • The ability to talk through a real initiative in detail: what you were trying to achieve, who you targeted, how you executed, what the KPIs showed, and what you changed as a result.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience), plus intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

What We Will Provide You
  • Competitive base salary, bonuses, and comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance with highly rated carriers; a 401(k) program with a company match; paid time off; company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance; and a free MASA membership.
  • A professional and friendly company culture that supports a clear mission: "Protecting families with compassion when others don't."
  • Real ownership of a full product line's marketing, with the autonomy to run campaigns your way and the visibility to see your work reflected directly in sales results.

Why We Think You'll Love This Opportunity
This isn't a role where you hand off a lead and move on. You'll track your work all the way to the sale and have a direct hand in growing a product line that helps protect families when they need it most. If you're a generalist who thrives on ownership rather than a specialist who prefers a narrow lane, this role is designed to grow with you.
