We are looking for a PPC Strategist to independently own paid media strategy and performance across a growing portfolio of accounts, reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing & Analytics.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Own daily campaign management to meet monthly lead volume, CPL, and efficiency targets across assigned accounts.
  • Lead multi-campaign optimization, bid strategy, and budget pacing across large-scale paid media programs.
  • Independently diagnose performance issues and build test plans (bid strategy, ad copy, audience, landing page) with full ownership of execution.
  • Conduct deep-funnel analysis — CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL — down to the keyword level, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure ad copy and landing pages tied to regulated products (Reverse/HECM, refinance) align with company advertising standards prior to launch.
  • Stay ahead of platform and industry changes (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta) and proactively recommend adoption where it improves efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative and Data/Analytics to align paid media execution with broader digital marketing goals. • Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations directly to the SVP of Marketing & Analytics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns at scale, working independently.
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms end-to-end — account structure, budget ownership, and testing frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic decisions without close supervision.
  • Experience managing budgets exceeding $2Mil
  • Prior experience in a regulated industry (financial services, mortgage, insurance) preferred.
  • Comfortable operating with full autonomy in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
