• We have an opening for full time COOK positions.
• Location: Fauchon - 1100 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time; Days and hours may vary. PM shift availabity is preferred. More details upon interview. 
• Requirement: Two years of previous roast or hot line cooking experience in a restaurant environment is required.
  • Additional Experience Requirements:
    • Experience working on sauté, roast, fry, and other hot line stations.
    • Strong knife skills.
    • Basic butchering experience preferred but not required.
    • Proficient in sautéing, frying, poaching, roasting, and plating techniques.
• Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour.
