Job description

We are hiring an experienced Construction Planner / Scheduler to join a well-established commercial construction team in Houston.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial construction planning/scheduling experience
  • Experience developing and maintaining project schedules
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project timelines
  • Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Monitor project progress and update timelines
  • Identify scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure milestones are met
