Pacific Pros is seeking Construction Logistics Specialist III (ARM Terminal Roadway and ASR Assistant) for Construction Projects to be a representative for Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA).
Work Location: LAWA has required the candidates be locally available for this position.
Region: Los Angeles, CA

Status: Full-time, On-site

Opening: August 2026, Immediate
Working Hours:
TBD, typical dayshift is 6:00am – 2:30pm or 5:00am – 1:30pm M-F; night shift is 10:00pm – 6:30am Sun

Position Description Summary
Serve as Owner's representative. 
The Construction Logistics Specialist is responsible for maintaining CALM processes and workflows to ensure that all project teams and stakeholders receive accurate and timely information concerning each activity.
The Construction Logistics Specialist will work with the CALM Team and will be responsible for preparing and distributing materials related to workshops, meetings, activities, and project coordination.
This work includes tracking requests from beginning to end, preparing meeting minutes, coordinating meetings, and streamlining processes.
Essential Job Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  •  Receive and process new, revised, and updated forms for signatures. 
  •  Distribute completed forms to internal and external contacts. 
  •  Maintain and update agendas with new or revised information, including dates, permits, and expired permit dates. 
  •  Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals. 
  •  Maintain and update information to include all new, revised, and updated activities. 
  •  Prepare and update agendas for each weekly workshop. 
  •  Assist with managing CALM processes. 
  •  Support airport-wide program administration. 
  •  Perform dashboard updates and reporting responsibilities. 
  •  Coordinate training and contractor onboarding. 
  •  Coordinate with City agencies and provide information to support the permitting process. 
  •  Request concurrence from LAWA subject-matter experts and notify outside contractors of concurrence and any applicable restrictions. 
  •  Track and document concurrence requests and distribute notifications regarding upcoming projects. 
  •  Perform other assigned duties, including: 
    •  Preparing presentations. 
    •  Collecting and organizing information for deliverables. 
    •  Assisting with tracking the daily deployment of multiple construction projects. 
Professional Experience and Other Qualifications
  •  Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of professional experience. 
  •  A graduate degree may substitute for one year of required experience. 
  •  Problem-solver with a strong ability to prioritize responsibilities and switch gears in a fast-paced environment. 
  •  Experience working within the complexities of multiple agencies at all levels. 
  •  Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. 
  •  Good presentation skills. 
  •  Willingness to share information and communicate effectively with team members. 
  •  General understanding of civil construction. 
Hardware and Software Knowledge
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, Access, and PowerPoint. 
  •  Experience using Adobe Illustrator. 
  •  Experience using Bluebeam. 
  •  Ability to create dashboards, presentations, graphics, and Gantt charts and track multiple ongoing activities. 
Education and Training
  •  Bachelor’s degree in architecture, aviation, business, engineering, construction management, planning, or another related technical field required. 
  •  Master’s degree preferred. 
  •  Relevant professional licenses or certifications are strongly preferred. 
  •  Certifications may include: 
    •  AAAE 
    •  LEED 
    •  PE 
    •  PMP 
    •  AICP 
    •  Other relevant credentials
