Our client is a full-service mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC, plumbing, building automation, and energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients. The overall focus of your role will be the professional development of mechanical and plumbing models for design documents for projects.
* Modeling/drafting of HVAC, mechanical piping, and plumbing systems and the creation of design documents.
* Developing, revising, and updating models and drawings
Must have at least 3 years of experience working as a VDC-BIM technician, or mechanical designer/drafter
construction industry.
Must have Autodesk Revit software experience (MEP)
Must have an understanding of Building Mechanical Systems (HVAC, Mech Pipe, Plumb)
Must be ok with occasional travel
