Position Summary: 

Responsible for the satisfactory operation of the laboratory computer system and for serving as liaison with the hardware and software support in order to maintain the system at top efficiency and addressing operating problems that arise. Must exercise independent judgement in many decisions.  Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values. 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: Associates degree in Lab Science or Computers is required, BS or BA degree preferred.

Experience: Lab experience is required, 2+ years experience in a technical laboratory preferred.  Computer experience required (Cerner or other Electronic Health Record, Excel, Word, etc.).
