Application System Analyst - Integrations
Company: Velociti, LLC
Location: Riverside, MO (On-site)
Position Summary
Velociti, LLC is seeking an Application System Analyst - Integrations to join the Applications team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between internal systems, customer platforms, and partner applications. The position ensures secure, reliable data exchange and supports operational efficiency across core business processes.
Working closely with IT, internal business partners, and external stakeholders, the Application System Analyst - Integrations translates business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
This position reports to the Vice President, Technology Delivery and Governance.
Location
This is an on-site position based in Riverside, MO.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations across internal systems, customer platforms, and partner environments
  • Develop and manage APIs, middleware, and data pipelines to support secure and efficient data exchange
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and design integration workflows
  • Maintain documentation for integration architecture, data mappings, and configurations
  • Ensure integrations comply with company policies, security standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain integration platforms and tools, supporting upgrades, new feature implementation, testing, and performance optimization
  • Perform non-integration-related application design and development activities as required
  • Participate in the full integration lifecycle, including design reviews, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
  • Support production integrations by monitoring performance, investigating incidents, and coordinating resolution with internal teams or vendors
  • Assist with root cause analysis and implement preventative fixes for recurring integration issues

Key Performance Metrics
The Application System Analyst - Integrations will be evaluated on their ability to:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize integration solutions

  • Deliver timely support and enhancements

Qualifications & Competencies
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in system integration, API development, or middleware administration
  • Proficiency with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Azure Logic Apps
  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data transformation
  • Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, API keys) and data security best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment

Preferred
  • Salesforce or MuleSoft certification
  • Experience with database integration and ETL processes
  • Experience supporting integrations in a production enterprise environment with defined SLAs
  • Experience managing integrations with internal and external systems
  • Experience integrating mobile applications or mobile device data with enterprise systems

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Standard office-based role using computers and communication tools throughout the day
  • Requires extended periods of sitting and frequent computer use
  • Standard business hours Monday through Friday; occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required during system rollouts or incident resolution
  • Minimal physical exertion required
