Job description

Responsibilities
Provide excellent systems user experience through installation, troubleshooting, and/or repair of computer hardware and software.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Resolves simple technical issues
• Provides excellent customer service to systems users
• Works as part of a systems team
• Imaging / setting up computers, mobile phones, printers
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree (Technical Degree Preferred) OR 2 Years Relevant Experience
OTHER POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
• Good analytical, verbal and written skills required
• Participate in continuous improvement events
• Maintain company confidentiality
• Interact with users for system clarifications and requirements
• Write system and process documentation
• Provide user support for Altec associates via phone, email and in person
• Willingness to work outside standard business hours to resolves issues or complete special projects
• Track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern
• Remain highly adaptable
• All other duties as assigned.
• Must be willing to travel as needed to perform job duties up to 25%
