Lampton-Love seeks a full-time Cargas Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our core operating platform. This role is responsible for the technical health of the system, vetting new enhancements, and ensuring operational alignment through training and support. The administrator acts as the primary liaison between business units, implementation teams, and Corporate IT.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration & VettingEvaluate New Functionality: Vet new Cargas modules, third-party applications, and system integrations to determine operational viability and technical fit.Corporate IT Liaison: Work directly with Corporate IT to ensure system configurations, security protocols, and hardware requirements align with enterprise standards.Support: Provide ongoing technical support for system users, identifying and resolving functional issues within the software.Project Management & ImplementationCollaborate with Project Teams: Work with respective project and implementation teams during the rollout of new system features or modules.Upgrade Management: Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring all business processes are tested and validated prior to deployment.Training & TravelEmployee Instruction: Develop and deliver training programs for new employees and provide instruction on system upgrades or new modules.Regional Support: Travel to various locations as required to provide on-site training and ensure system adoption across the organization.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Computer Science (CS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.Experience & SkillsProven experience in systems administration for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, accounting, and operations.Technical Communication: Ability to translate technical requirements into training materials for end-users.Project Coordination: Experience working within structured project timelines and with external implementation vendors.  Why Ergon Inc.?
