If you are a true woodworker first who understands how custom cabinetry and millwork are built from the ground up and can translate that hands-on production knowledge into precise CNC programs, this is where your craftsmanship will stand out.

Your New Role
  • Design and produce shop-ready drawings for custom doors, cabinetry, and millwork components in Livingston, MT

  • Translate real-world woodworking and production knowledge into accurate CAD and CAM files

  • Create, write, edit, and optimize CNC programs for efficient, error-free production

  • Develop production-ready drawings that account for tolerances, materials, joinery methods, finishes, and assembly requirements

  • Program and support CNC machinery using Cabinet Vision, Fusion 360, and Biesse bSolid software

  • Experience with comparable CNC design and programming software is acceptable

  • Troubleshoot CNC equipment issues and perform basic mechanical and tooling checks

  • Partner with contractors and internal production teams to confirm specifications, materials, and timelines

  • Support production flow in a fast-paced, project-based manufacturing environment

  • Communicate technical information clearly with team members and provide guidance when needed

  • Maintain professional communication with customers and contractors throughout each project
