Position Overview:
Praescient Analytics is seeking a Senior Intelligence Dissemination Specialist (Team Lead) to support the Data Capabilities Division (DCD) for an Army customer. This role involves the high-level management and movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between various security domains to ensure timely access for Army, joint, interagency, and coalition partners. The Senior specialist must demonstrate a mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and the ability to work independently to address high-level tasks.
An active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Domain Movement: Prepare and process the transfer of intelligence products between security domains while ensuring proper marking and classification.
  • Dissemination Management: Manage the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites.
  • Access Verification: Verify that users possess the appropriate clearances and access levels before providing intelligence products.
  • Metadata Administration: Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata consistent with Government-approved standards.
  • Technical Tool Utilization: Use government-specified tools such as the Document Dissemination Tool (DDT), CORE, and the DIA Product Control Numbering Database (PCN DB).
  • Security Compliance: Log potential inadvertent security incidents and maintain site SOPs in accordance with internal policies and guidance.

Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI Level clearance (CI Polygraph eligible)
  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 12 years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working within the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) within the last 2 years.
  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
  • Specialized Security Expertise:.Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated understanding of metadata.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Ability to communicate complex understanding from incomplete or technically advanced information.
    • Experience defining comprehensive research approaches for rigorous assessments.
    • Ability to review analytic products for tradecraft standards and cogent arguments.

Operational Requirements:
  • Data Transfer Agent (DTA): Must successfully pass the DTA examination and maintain DTA status to perform cross-domain data transfers.
  • Reliable Human Review: Conduct visual inspection of files to mitigate Unauthorized Disclosure of Classification Information (UDCI) risks.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master's Degree in a related field with 12 years of direct industry experience
  • Experience working in Agile or DevSecOps environments
  • Current DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification - IAT Level II (or higher). Examples Include: CompTIA Security+ CE, CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA Cloud+, GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).

The projected compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 to $130,000.00 (annualized USD).
