A growing real estate organization is seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations across a busy multifamily community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a property—balancing resident relations, leasing support, financial coordination, and maintenance oversight.

About the Role

You'll partner closely with the Community Manager to ensure the property runs smoothly day-to-day. This includes supporting leasing efforts, coordinating maintenance activity, managing resident communication, and helping drive financial and operational performance. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Community Manager role and enjoys being hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

Property Operations

· Assist with daily operations across the community

· Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation

· Conduct regular property walks and unit inspections

· Support safety, security, and adherence to regulations

Resident Experience

· Build positive relationships with residents

· Support renewals, notices, and resident communication

· Enforce community policies and address concerns professionally
